Warranty Changes
We are happy to announce that Backstage @ Sherm's has become a warranty authorized service center for "LOUD TECHNOLOGIES", "BEHRINGER" and "YAMAHA INTERNATIONAL". This means that we can now service "Ampeg, Mackie, Crate, EAW, & Tapco Plus....all of the Yamaha Professional audio and digital equipment lines.
We are happy to announce that we have just been appointed as an Authorized Warranty Service Center for: "PEAVEY" and for "ORANGE AMPS". We are working on more appointments in order to meet your needs. Please enquire about signing petitions for other products and services.
We strive to up-date and expand these pages as new products/service/updates become available from the manufacturers. We also include breaking news in regards to parts availability, discontinued support, and manufacturer changes.
- BACK STAGE does not offer support for products that are no longer supported by the manufacturer. We continue to repair them out of current parts stock (50 plus years worth), but that is all, and we no longer warranty for more than 30 days repairs of these products unless it is "conditional".
Currently, there is a warranty diode modification available for owners of Mackie HD and
